February 5, 2023: Crispy Edges, Please

The other day Chef Louie was making a fried egg for me…then took a business phone call. Oops.


It was a bit overcooked. But I LOVE crispy edges and thought it was gorgeous. I picked it up and ate it like a soft taco. Perfection!


Chef is onto something.
