In Remembrance of Lives Lost on September 11, 2001
I recall that morning clearly. I had just started my day at the law firm where I worked in the 73-story Library Tower, at the time, downtown Los Angeles’ tallest building. In shock, my colleague had just hung up the phone and told me that a plane flew into one of the World Trade Center towers in New York City.
Like we did for 9/11, may Americans in the time of Covid come together once more.
